CHARTERING A BOAT

Either boat is available for private charter, meaning you have the boat exclusively to yourself, at a time and a cruise length of your choice. Normally cruises are for 1 &1/2 hours or 3 hours, however we can provide longer cruises if required.

BOSWORTH LADY offers a reduced charter fee for groups of 20 people or less. For buffets or

groups who do not want catering or want to provide their own food then BOSWORTH LADY will

probably be best for your needs. If your food choice is a meal then it is probably ROSE that will

best satisfy your needs.

We can cater for all occasions.

Decide which boat you think is best for your needs or alternatively you may prefer Café

Wharfside, and then select your catering option. Choose your entertainment and remember

we can decorate that boat for most occasions.

Then you need to ring or email us to check availability. We will then confirm the date wherever possible.

We will then contact the chosen entertainment to check their availability, and confirm that

with you as soon as possible.

We can hold a date for you for 7 days as a provisional booking,

unless the date is less than 28 days away, then we will hold it for 24 hours.

We will then send you either by e-mail, wherever possible, or post a booking letter

with deposit and balance forms attached. The deposit of 50% of boat charter cost and

50% of entertainment fee will become due 14 days from making the booking along with

the deposit slip.

We will then require the starter, main course and sweet requirements, along with the balance form and full balance including any supplements and extras, no later than 14 days prior to the date of the cruise.

Payments can be made in person with cash, cheque and credit or debit card.This can be paid over the phone by debit or credit card or can be paid by putting a cheque in the post.
